With a high security clearance, and over twenty years at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, Jim Stoots, owner of Product Corporate & Industrial Images (PCII), has photographed some of the most complex and never before seen projects related to national defense during the cold war. Even though he is retired from the national laboratory system, Jim has been called back more than once to create the type of images he is famous for.

It takes talent to glamorize drill bits, lasers, research projects, or construction sites, but Jim Stoots consistently does. He puts the same effort into the documentary photography necessary to obtain FDA, UL, Patent approvals or catalog images.

Jim was featured as one of the twelve top industrial photographers in Jack Nubart’s book Industrial Photography, and he is listed in Who’s Who in Photography.

PCII relocated to the Raleigh, North Carolina area bringing our world wide reputation to an area known for its research and science. Because we are a small studio, we offer many advantages, including no overtime or additional weekend charges. We will even work after hours to work around your production schedule.
